Larsen and Toubro’s construction wing has won new orders worth an aggregate Rs 2,962 crore across various business segments.

·        Cadila Healthcare may launch pentavalent vaccine in 2015

    Cadila Healthcare (Zydus Cadila) is expecting to launch pentavalent vaccine aimed at treating five           life-threatening diseases in children by 2015. The vaccine is currently under clinical trial phase.

·        Reliance MediaWorks looking for acquisitions

    Reliance MediaWorks is looking at acquisitions to strengthen the presence of its multiplex chain Big      Cinemas with an investment of Rs1bn.

·        SAIL hike price of steel products

    SAIL has hiked the prices of both flat and long steel products by Rs500-700 a tonne last week. The       hike in prices is mainly to cover the rising production costs.
