GMR Ulundurpet Expressways
The GMR Group announces successful completion of divestment of its
majority stake 74% in GMR Ulundurpet Expressways (GUE) to India Infrastructure
Fund (IIF). IIF has earlier emerged as a successful bidder in buying majority
stake in GMR Ulundurpet Expressways, which attracted strong interest from
several investors in India and abroad.

Stake sale in Hindustan Zinc,
Balco unlikely in FY14
The
government is unlikely to complete sale of minority stakes in Hindustan Zinc
and Bharat Aluminium (Balco) this fiscal year. The government owns 29.5 percent
of Hindustan Zinc and 49 percent of BALCO. Both the companies are majority
owned by London-listed Vedanta Resources Plc.
