Cox & Kings acquires LateRooms.com for Rs85 cr
Travel major Cox & Kings has said that it has acquired UK-based hotel booking website LateRooms.com, owned by Germany-headquartered travel major TUI Group -- for GBP 8.5 million (around Rs85 crore).

The acquisition fits Cox & Kings' plans to expand its global online and B2C leisure proposition, the company said. In India, Cox & Kings has presence in 149 cities and focus on corporate travel, education & activity travel, meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions (MICE), trade fairs, visa processing and foreign exchange.

Inox Wind gains on getting 50 MW turnkey wind power project
Shares of Inox Wind gained over 2% to Rs 381 on NSE in an otherwise weak markets as the company has bagged 50 MW turnkey wind power project order from Tata Power in Madhya Pradesh. Astec Life gains on transfer of shares to new promoter
Astec Life sciences rose nearly 3%, touching to Rs247, after the company said its board approved transferring 88.11 lakh equity shares held by existing promoters to Godrej Agrovet.
Astec Life sciences said that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 12, 2015, approved the transfer of 88.11 lakh equity shares of the company held by the existing promoters of the company to Godrej Agrovet, the incoming promoter.
                                                               
Aurobindo gets ministry’s nod to expand facility in Telangana
Aurobindo Pharma gets environmental ministry’s nod to expand its bulk drugs facility in Medak district in Telangana .Environment Ministry's green panel EAC has approved Aurobindo Pharma's proposal to expand its bulk drugs facility in Medak district in Telangana, entailing an investment of about Rs300 crore. The company had sought green nod for increasing the production at its bulk drugs unit in Medak district to 421.2 tonnes per month (TPM) from the existing 96 TPM.
